John has been in the real estate business since 2011. Since then, he has owned and/or managed numerous properties, including multifamily, single-family, motels, and land development. Those properties have been in Seattle, Phoenix, and the Cabo San Lucas area.

Additionally, John has worked in the home loan industry since 2020, and has helped facilitate hundreds of successful loan closings across the U.S., totaling over $275m in proceeds. He enjoys helping his clients achieve their financial goals and grow their real estate portfolios.

John holds a MBA with a concentration in accounting and a BBA with a concentration in real estate, both from San Diego State University. His hobbies include improving his Spanish fluency and living a healthy, active lifestyle with his partner of 8 years.
